They were professional and caring from start to finish. The facility is clean, modern, and quiet with separate rooms for each pet. The staff was attentive, but most important, Dr. Pinkerton listened to our case, carefully, was gentle with our, very sick dog and did not do more than we knew had to be done with our dog.

Took my extremely anxious dog to the Harrodsburg location today. The staff was over the top accommodating to make sure it was as stress free as possible. The exam room feels homey, they had soft comfortable furniture that my pup enjoyed laying on, AND they even gave my dog a pup cup!! Crystal & Dr. P were fantastic!
