First time here with our dog. Amazing care, fear free. Our dog has anxiety and stress and he was so comfortable here. Doctor and aid took their time and went at Toby’s pace. They made us and Toby feel so much more at ease. We found our Vet and recommend them highly!

I don’t know where to even begin. We followed Dr. Cannon from a different practice a year ago. We cannot even begin to share how much we love Pet365! Dr. Cannon is absolutely the best, and we have also grown to love Dr. Mercer. Our two pups absolutely love coming to their appointments, which brings us a lot of comfort. The way they approach their care (making it fun!) is absolutely phenomenal. They try to create a culture (lots of treats!) to allow for our pups to feel comfortable. They try to create a home-like environment (couches!) that help the pup and us feel comfortable. You simply do not see this anywhere else. The costs are also extremely reasonable. We cannot recommend Pet365 – Cool Creek enough. You will NOT be disappointed!!

My husband and I moved across the world and our older dog was really struggling after that long flight. He is 14 and previously was getting acupuncture in Europe. We were desperate to find him some pain relief and were recommended Dr. Uebelhor. She has worked WONDERS. We were able to get him in quickly (while other vets didn’t have appointments for weeks) and she did an acupuncture treatment, red light, and B12 shots for his herniated disc pain and hip dysplasia. Our dog had had incontinence for months and after one session with her, it stopped. We were shocked. She has worked a miracle on our boy and we’re so grateful we found her and her team! Very knowledgeable, kind, and convenient with the ability to make appts even by text message. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, it feels more like a pet spa than a traditional vet clinic. The atmosphere is very calming for the animals. Once you are checked in, they give your pet time to get comfortable and walk you through each step, always asking what you and your pet are comfortable with. One of the best parts for me was getting to stay in the room during shots. That is something I have always wished for, and it made a big difference in keeping my pet calm and me reassured. They are also reasonably priced, just slightly above average, but the extra care and peace of mind are absolutely worth it. On top of that, they send texts before and after appointments as reminders and to check in on how your pet is doing. Truly thoughtful and compassionate people. Highly recommend!
