Dr. Lowery and Andrew, the vet tech, made our visit so easy! Late on a Saturday night we emailed about an urgent care type visit for the next day and Dr. Jeff got us in, and took great care of our Buddy dog. The atmosphere was calm, we didn't feel like we were being rushed and they explained everything to us very thoroughly and patiently.
