Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Veterinary diagnosis and treatment require a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship.

3. Appointments & Payments

Appointment scheduling is subject to availability. Payment terms are governed by the individual hospital location providing services.

4. Text Messaging Terms

Service-Related Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting forms through our online scheduler or intake platform, you consent to receive service-related text messages regarding your pet’s appointments and care. You confirm that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided.

Promotional Messages

If you separately opt in, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages.

Consent is not required to obtain veterinary services.

Types of Messages

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Prescription updates
  • Follow-up care instructions
  • Billing notifications
  • Promotional offers (if separately consented)

Opt-Out

Replying STOP to promotional messages will opt you out of marketing communications only. To stop all text communications, including service-related messages, you must reply STOP to those messages as well. You may reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Opting out of promotional messages does not affect service-related messages unless you also opt out of those communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
