Partner with practice owners to define and implement the best Fear Free client experience. You will deliver top-notch client and patient care while you learn and grow your skills in a supportive environment.

Open a hospital and help grow the PetVet365 network. You will deliver care to pets, mentor associate doctors, manage your own hospital(s) and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Every hospital is locally owned and managed (40% ownership between Pod Leader and Hospital Owner).

Positions
Work in our hospitals to gain experience, meet potential lifelong mentors, and get paid. We build each position to your specific situation (summer jobs, externships, preceptors, etc.)
Become a student ambassador and help us meet your class. Hosting events and handing out free stuff in return for a stipend and potential referral bonus.

Technician
Be the right-hand to our doctors, helping them give every pet the best Fear Free experience while improving health outcomes. You will begin every exam, support the doctor throughout and help pet parents know what to expect next.

Assistant
Take amazing care of the pets who need to stick around – either due to hospitalization or boarding. Includes but is not limited to – administering belly rubs, feeding hungry pets, and keeping pets safe, clean, and loved.
Pet Parent Service
Champion ensuring every pet parent receives the best client experience – answering calls/texts, greeting pets on arrival, maintaining patient records, and collecting payments. Be our eyes and ears, communicating back to the owners how to make improvements.
